1. Eligibility for Refunds
Donations

If a donation was made by mistake or the donor changes their mind, a refund request can be submitted within 15 days.

Donations directed toward completed or ongoing programs are non-refundable.
Program Fees

If a program is canceled or postponed by us, participants are entitled to a full refund of any advance fees paid.

Fees paid for programs that have already commenced or services already provided will not be refunded.
2. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are reviewed within 30 days, and if approved, the amount will be credited using the original payment method. Applicable processing fees may be deducted.
